!p. 298 of Vol 1 (FHL Roll 15077) Bradford Town Records (hand written): "John Aker son to John Aker and Esther his wife was born February 25, 1790. Samuel Aker son to John Aker and Esther his wife was born March 3rd 1793.

John was overlooked in the Geneolgy submitted to LDS by Mabel L. Anderson sites info from Newbury Vital Records, Buck Geneolgy, a letter from Barbara Barnett Family Bible and Errol Cemetery records.

!A John Akers and a John Akers Jr are listed as heads of households in Erroll, NH in the 1820 census (NH, Coos Co., M-33 Roll 59, p. 508), but not the 1830. John Akers was over 45 living with a woman in the same age category 1 boy 16-26, 1 man 26-45, and one girl under 10. John Jr is between 26-45, a wife 16-26 years of age (Nancy?) , 2 girls and 3 boys under the age of 10. Because of the ages, this implys that John Jr's wife isn't that same as Nancy Webster (since there is only a 21 year gap in ages, not 28....

!The Land deeds of Coos County (SLF 015,745) list the heirs of John AKERS (Book 4, page 97, 13 AUG 1841):

!"Know all men by these presents: That We Peter Webster and Nancy Wife of said Peter and late the wife of John Akers late of Errol and Samuel Akers John Akers children and hiers of said John and Ester Poor + Sarah Swan also children of said, John and Eben Poor Guardian of Sylvanus and George minor heirs of said John in consideration of the sum of $180 paid by Elliot Harper of said Errol the receipt whereof and do hereby acknowledge, do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said Harper, heirs and assigns forever, the following tract or parcel of land situate in Errol in the County of Coos and state of N. Hampshire being one hundred acres off of the West end of the farm of the said John Akers of which he died seized being the same premises now in possession of John J. Sweet and sd. Elliot Harper. To have and to hold the aforegranted and bargined premises with all the privileges and appartemances thereof to the said Elliot Harper his heirs and assigns to their use and behooh forever. And I do"
