 The 177ft MST is rolled back after launch is scrubbed at T-58 seconds Feb.8th.
 

On Feb. 9th the launch was scrubbed again because this P-3 had a mechanical
problem and could not relay telemetry back to Mission Control.
 

  The Delta II awaits launch!
 

Liftoff occurred at 9:43:44am PST Feb.11, 2002.
